Our organization has vast experience providing a comprehensive offering of products and services to cooling tower owners and operators across the continental United States. We provide industrial cooling towers for a wide range of applications and differentiation in the towers for every owner regarding the type, size, shape, and design of their cooling tower. Shawn Daniel

CEO/President

Bio

Shawn Daniel, the founder of Cooling Towers LLC, has been a leader in the cooling tower industry since 2004. He has spent 28 years in construction with 23 of those years involved in industrial construction. In 2004, he independently established an organization based on the characteristics that defined his career, integrity and fairness. Shawn is hands-on and is involved in every aspect of Cooling Towers LLC from engineering, estimating, finance, to project management. Overseeing the operation and growth of the company allows him the opportunity to challenge employees and nurture their success and growth. With a vision to build Cooling Towers LLC into an industry leader, he maintains strict safety standards to keep workers safe and creates business relationships with customer-based integrity, consistency and fairness. He is a man of integrity and has built this successful and growing establishment as a reflection of his image.

Shawn refuses to compromise his high standards of workmanship for the “quick fix”. We will only provide service and repairs necessary to ensure the cooling tower can maintain structural integrity, thermal efficiency, and prolonged service life.

John Stewart

Vice President/Sales Manager

Bio

John Stewart is the Vice President and Sales Manager at Cooling Towers LLC. His responsibilities include overseeing marketing programs, branch management, and corporate contracts. Prior to joining Cooling Towers LLC John worked in the construction industry; now having been in the cooling tower industry for 15 years. John began his career as Laborer and worked his way to upper management. His skill and knowledge of cooling towers has been a great asset to us by assisting the growth of our customer base existentially. John’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive, and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. We are proud to have him on our team.

Shane Small

Chief Financial Officer, MBA, CTP

Bio

Shane Small is a Financial Professional with great experience serving the petrochemical and refining industry. As Controller, he is responsible for managing the financial strategy and operations. Shane is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) that holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Texas State University and an MBA from Sam Houston State University. He strongly values great relationships with suppliers and customers to add value to the industry.

Trent Tullos

Procurement

Bio

Trent Tullos oversees Procurement here. His responsibilities include purchasing any material or equipment needed to meet our customer’s needs. Working closely with our vendors and field employees to ensure that we are providing a quality product that exceeds our customer’s expectations. Prior to joining our team in April of 2018, Trent has 3 years of public accounting experience with a focus on construction and oil & gas clients.

Don DenBleyker

Project Engineer

Bio

Having earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University in 1994, Don has worked in the construction industry since then; joining the cooling tower industry in 1997. Don joined Cooling Towers LLC in 2007 as a Project Engineer and oversees the estimating and procurement department, as well as all engineering analysis and projects. His responsibilities include providing all technical drawings, thermal performance analysis and is the main point of contact for all external engineering work, technical products, and components. While at Cooling Towers LLC Don has established internal systems and processes that allow Cooling Towers LLC to estimate, design, procure material, and execute a wide variety of cooling tower projects with a consistent attention to detail. Don’s technical training combined with his extensive experience in the cooling tower industry makes him an immeasurable asset to the Cooling Towers LLC management team.

Gerardo Gomez

Sales

Bio

Gerardo Gomez is one of our sales team members. Having been in the industry since 2005, Gerardo has extensive experience with cooling towers. He is responsible for the sales and execution of projects including maintenance, repairs, modifications and replacement parts of industrial erected cooling systems. In addition, Gerardo is responsible for project safety, quality planning, execution of field change orders and on time delivery of services. Gerardo has been a huge asset to our company, as well as to our customers, and we are proud to have him on our team.

Mark Erdmann

Technical Solutions Manager / Sales

Bio

Mark joined Cooling Towers, LLC. July of 2023 and brings over 15 years of experience in the cooling tower industry. During his career he has fostered strong relationships with leading suppliers that enable him to help stay current with industry technology so he can help drive solutions to our clients projects. He is responsible for the sales and execution of projects including maintenance, repairs, modifications and replacement parts of industrial field erected and air-cooled condenser cooling systems.

Mark has extensive experience in performing supplier shop audits for quality control both domestically and internationally. Marks responsible for working with new clients to help them understand the current state of their cooling systems, provide analysis for potential process improvements, structural improvements, reliability improvements, technical scope of work development, current safety standards, construction execution strategies to bring their cooling systems to current codes and standards. He has learned from industry experts in the cooling tower industry as well as SME’S from the power generation, refinning, petrochemical industries. Mark attends various industry conferences to understand current industry trends that help Cooling Towers LLC align our clients’ current best practices as well as future emerging technologies.

Throughout his career, mark has helped decisions makers develop projects to bring their cooling tower systems up to current codes, increase cooling system’s efficiencies helping reduce operating costs, renewing the service life of the cooling system.

He believes in providing a consultative approach to help our clients understand why their cooling tower is having issues, identify possible solutions that work with our clients expectations while working with our team of professionals to deliver reasonable solutions to complex problems.

Jerry Molano

Sales / Project Manager

Bio

Jerry Molano is a Sales and Project Management professional at Cooling Towers LLC with more than 15 years of industry experience. He began his career with the company as a laborer, advanced to supervisor, and later transitioned into sales and project management. This hands-on progression gives Jerry a comprehensive understanding of every stage of construction and project delivery.

With this background, he offers clients practical solutions, seamless coordination, and dependable results. Known for his strong communication skills and dedication to client satisfaction, Jerry takes pride in delivering high-performance cooling tower solutions that stand the test of time.

Denise Showers

Component Sales Specialist

Bio

Denise Showers joined Cooling Towers LLC in November 2024 as a Component Sales Specialist. She began her career selling PVC film fill and other cooling tower materials and now manages all parts and components for the company.

Working closely with both clients and the internal team, Denise applies her strong technical knowledge and attention to detail to deliver tailored recommendations, ensuring each customer receives the best solution for their specific needs. Known for her proactive problem-solving, follow-through, and ability to navigate complex challenges, she has quickly become a trusted partner to clients and colleagues alike.

Beyond her professional role, Denise enjoys traveling with her husband, Chris, spending time with family, and attending live music events. She is also deeply involved in her community as a supporter of the Anahuac Animal Shelter, an annual participant in the Texas GatorFest, and a member of the Wallisville Community Fire Department.

Brian Green

Safety Director

Brian Green is a Safety Professional with more than 24 years of experience leading health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs in the petrochemical, power, and industrial construction industries. As Director of Safety, he oversees safety program development, regulatory compliance, and training initiatives that protect people and strengthen operations nationwide.

Throughout his career, Brian has participated on numerous teams that have been recognized for reducing incident rates, developing award-winning safety programs, and building strong safety cultures across diverse workforces.

Brian holds and has held multiple safety certifications and is an active member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP). His mission is simple: to ensure every employee goes home safely at the end of the day.

Malerie Roy

Accounting

Bio

Malerie Limoges is the Accounting Manager at Cooling Towers LLC, where she oversees financial operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from McNeese State University in 2018, followed by an MBA from LSU Shreveport in 2020. Malerie also holds the FPAC (Financial Planning & Analysis Professional) certification, underscoring her expertise in financial strategy and dedication to ongoing professional growth.

Malerie began her career with Cooling Towers in 2018 in accounts payable and payroll before advancing into accounts receivable and staff accountant roles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company’s financial systems. In her current role, she leads the accounting team, supports long-term financial planning, and drives process improvements through technology and streamlined systems that enhance efficiency across departments.

Diana Hurtado

Diana Hurtado joined Cooling Towers LLC in August 2025 after earning her bachelor's degree from the University of Houston-Downtown. In her role, she manages payroll with diligence and care, ensuring employees feel supported. Diana is also gaining experience in accounts payable and further developing her skills. She values being part of a collaborative team and the opportunity to gain experience from her colleagues. Diana is excited to continue growing both personally and professionally with Cooling Towers, LLC.

Manny Martinez

Manuel Martinez brings more than 20 years of experience across heavy, light, and commercial construction to his role at Cooling Towers LLC. Beginning his career as a helper, Manuel steadily advanced through the ranks, earning a reputation for his dedication to quality, safety, and excellence in every aspect of construction and repair.

Since joining Cooling Towers LLC in 2019, he has played a key role in reestablishing the company’s presence in the commercial market. As a Package Tower expert, Manuel has built strong client relationships while upholding the highest standards of service. His previous experience as a Field Supervisor—where he emphasized safety, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction—continues to shape his leadership style today.

With extensive hands-on experience overseeing projects for government, commercial, and industrial clients nationwide, Manuel is a strong advocate for OSHA compliance and site safety. He is equally committed to fostering teamwork and driving innovation, ensuring Cooling Towers LLC remains a trusted partner in the industry.

Brandon Solis

Brandon Solis Sr. serves as Field Safety Manager at Cooling Towers LLC, bringing more than 17 years of hands-on experience in cooling tower construction, including six years dedicated to safety leadership. His career journey—from carpenter to superintendent and now safety manager—gives him a well-rounded perspective that blends the voice of the worker with the expertise of a safety professional.

Brandon leverages this unique background to create safety programs that go beyond compliance, ensuring they are both practical and meaningful for the workforce. Guided by the principle “Every worker goes home safe, every day,” he is committed to fostering strong safety cultures and supporting safe, efficient project execution across every job site.

Kole Neubauer

Nico Hernandez

Accounts Payable

Bio

Nico is a Staff Accountant with four years of experience at Cooling Towers LLC. In his role, he specializes in financial reporting, account reconciliations, and supporting the month-end close process. Known for his attention to detail and problem-solving skills, Nico enjoys making sure the numbers tell a clear and accurate story.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and later completed post-graduate coursework at the University of Houston to strengthen his knowledge of advanced accounting principles.

Outside of work, Nico is an avid runner. Whether it’s a long weekend run or a quick jog to reset, he finds that running helps him stay grounded and focused.
